OUR REFUND POLICY

Some programs offer refunds. Please view the product page for more information. Generally, TopSecretSoftware.com will NOT grant a refund if the user on the computer does not run the software. Because our software may only be installed onto a computer that you own, you are fully responsible for executing your configured module on the machine you wish to monitor. If you experience installation problems, please contact us within 5 days of your purchase and our technical staff will try their best to make sure the software is installed correctly. If our technical staff cannot resolve the problem, a refund will be issued. Otherwise, all sales of our products are final. No refunds will be issued, guaranteed or promised. Once we issue a registered copy there is no way for us to recall, or rescind a registered program that has already been issued to a customer. Essentially, once the program has been issued there is no way for us to guarantee that a customer has not, or is not continuing to use the product.
