Packets - Privatefirewall
monitors incoming and outgoing Internet traffic.
This traffic consists of blocks of information called
"packets" that can travel between any 2
computers on the Internet or local network. Packets
can either be allowed, filtered, or denied based on the
level of filtering chosen.
Profile
Settings - Every Privatefirewall profile can be
configured and defined by adjusting the Network, Internet,
and IP Security settings within the Main Menu.
You can set it to Home, Office or Remote profile
for optimum security.
Outbound
Email Anomaly Detection -
This will allow or block all outbound email based on the
information provided by the Email Anomaly Detection
feature.
Filter
Internet Traffic
- This allows Internet access while maintaining
maximum protection from incoming intrusion attempts.
Process
& Application Monitoring
- Make sure programs running are not sending out
your private information over the net by monitoring port
activity.
